The successful candidate for this position must be able to manage existing commercial relationships, identify new market opportunities, and generate new business leads. To achieve this, the employee must be able to communicate and work with multiple customer representatives including purchasing, engineering, and finance. This role will also support on the program management side focusing primarily on the launch of new programs from the design stage to full production.

This entry level position will be based at our facility in Muskegon, Michigan and report to the Director of Sales and Business Development.  The candidate chosen for this position will be expected to travel up to 25% of their time.     

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline

Position Requirements:
Strong communication and computer skills required
Effective interpersonal skills and experience working on teams
