Klockner Pentaplast (KP) is looking for Undergraduate and Graduate Materials Science & Engineering students for paid summer internships. Selected candidates will work at our Rural Retreat, Virginia facility 67 miles from Blacksburg.
Rural Retreat is one of KP’s largest manufacturing sites in the world. It is a leading producer of thermoplastic film used in a range of consumer, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical and other industries.
Depending upon our mutual interests we offer a range of assignments involving process/quality improvement, cost reductions, new product trials, and state of the art real time process controls.
