Co-op & Intersnips @ UTC Aerospace Systems

UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) will be on campus next week. There are several activities UTAS has scheduled related to co-ops, internships and employment opportunities that I encourage you to share with our students.

• A Tech Talk, by VP of Engineering Peter Smith, is set for Tuesday Feb 23, from 2:30-4 pm, in Brush Mountain Room A at the Squires Student Center. His topic for the talk,  “Pushing the Boundaries of Aviation: Engineering Accomplishments and Challenges For All Electric Aircraft”.  
• UTAS has and continues to develop internships and co-op opportunities at many of their locations. The attached flyer provides more details. 

Students have the opportunity to meet with UTAS reps on the following dates

• Tuesday, Feb 23, UTAS will have a booth at the Spring Connections Career Fair, from 10 am - 4 pm. 
• Wednesday, Feb 24, the company will be set up in the Ware Lab from 3:30 pm - 5 pm to speak with students. 
• Thursday, Feb 25, UTAS will have a space at CAMEO from 10 am - 4 pm in the Squires Student Center.
